I think you have an amazing blog.
I agree with you that sugar is so addictive. I mean I Never eat sugar but for some reason this Easter I seem to have attracted all the Easter chocolate and have eaten more than I ever have.
So I thoroughly agree that perhaps a 7 day detox is probably the answer to reset my body and get rid of all the cravings.
A healthy diet is indeed key to an increased immunity.

I would like to join this challenge. I really like to try new things and this detox for 7/days will help me a lot in my bigger goal of losing weight. When we started this year, I made a new year resolution of lossing 40 pounds. And so far I have kept working on my goal. Entering this challenge after 3 months is a milestone for me.
